Privacy notice

Draft for launch preparation: this notice should be reviewed with Mike’s final legal entity, processors and launch territories before public release.
Information we collect
When you join the early access list, we ask for information such as your name, work email, company, trade, team size and any optional message you choose to share. Basic technical logs may also be processed by our hosting providers for security and reliability.
Why we use it
We use this information to manage early access interest, understand which contractor workflows matter most, communicate product updates you requested and protect the website from misuse.
How it is stored
Waitlist information is stored in our hosted Supabase database. Website assets and future product documents may use separate infrastructure, but the current marketing waitlist does not ask you to upload job or employee documents.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell waitlist information. We may use service providers that host the website, database or email delivery under appropriate data-processing terms.
Retention and your choices
We keep early access information while Mike is being developed and for a reasonable period afterward, unless law requires longer retention. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or stop product updates.
